Security Notes

Laws relative to medical prescription paper took effect on July 1, 2013. Per those regulations, ALL Medicaid prescriptions must be written on tamper-resistant paper. To comply, all Medicaid Scripts must contain one or more industry-recognized features from each of three categories of security as specified by The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Micro Format Inc., the manufacturer of SecureGuard prescription papers, produces prescription pads to meet these requirements. This site is designed for use by doctors, healthcare professionals and medical clinics. Proper documentation is required to purchase from this site and all orders are reviewed for compliance. Any attempt to purchase prescription papers by unauthorized persons or by persons providing falsified information will be reported to the proper authorities for prosecution to the full extent of the law.
