Laws relative to medical prescription paper took effect in the state of Delaware on March 1, 2012. Per those regulations, ALL written prescriptions must be on tamper-resistant security prescription forms printed by a vendor registered with the Division of Professional Regulation. Micro Format Inc., the manufacturer of SecureGuard prescription papers, is a registered vendor. Approved manufacturers may only sell prescription paper products to those authorized by the state of Delaware to purchase prescription products. The Prescriber's security code must be presented to the prescription paper vendor at the time an order is placed. This site is designed for use by doctors, healthcare professionals and medical clinics. Proper documentation is required to purchase from this site and all orders are reviewed for compliance. Any attempt to purchase prescription papers by unauthorized persons or by persons providing falsified information will be reported to the proper authorities for prosecution to the full extent of the law.
